These are new casters, with dual 2 inch hooded wheels. The mount is a 3/8" stud about 1" long. We have 60 of these casters; they are priced individually, so you can have any quantity you need, from one to all 60. In the case of orders of multiple wheels, there will be a quantity discount, and I will combine shipping, to reduce those costs.
We routinely use these casters for equipment racks that are too heavy to move--and which might be damaged by being jostled around--and they've never disappointed us; they're pretty heavy duty.
