Items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, M-F excluding weekends and holidays. We will track your item along its route until it has arrived to you safely! We will then contact you via phone, if one was provided during check out, otherwise we will contact you via email to confirm receipt and to confirm that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, the only thing we can not guarantee is transit times; as that varies depending on where you live We ship using DHL ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS at our discretion. If your item is lost or damaged, with most sellers on the internet, they make you file a claim with the carrier which can take 3-6 weeks and sometimes even longer. We use an outside Carrier insurance, which allows us to immediately refund or replace any damaged or lost item. The cost to you for this insurance is $1 per item, which we believe is well worth it. If your item is lost or damaged in transit you will immediately receive a full refund including shipping and handling or we will reship you a new item, whichever you prefer. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Your tracking number will also be placed in your PayPal records under details of transaction which you can retrieve at any time, if you wish to track you item as well.
