We reserve the right to resell any item when payment, or arrangements for payment have not been made within 7 days.
Fees 1. Purchases sent to addresses in New York State are charged 8.75% unless a re-seller certificate is on file or included with payment. 2. Total shipping/handling charges are shown when applicable. There are no additional charges except where we are notified that an email invoice total has been changed with out our consent. We reserve the right to hold,or cancel any order until proper payment has been recieved.
Shipping 1. We ship world wide with USPS, according to the applicable size and weight restrictions for each country. 2. We ship larger orders via Fedex ground with-in the U.S. when possible. 3. All shipping/handling charges are included in invoice. 4. All orders are processed with tracking, and/or delivery confirmation numbers. 5. We assume no responsibility or liability for shipping/customs times.
Delivery We ship daily, however each item shows specific handling times which may vary from one item to another. If you have a specific date when you need delivery by please contact us before purchasing. We are not responsible for delivery and/or pick-up times by carriers, or other situations that are beyond our control. Payment must be recieved, and/or cleared where applicable before an order is processed.
Refunds Returns We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you have any questions or problems with your order please contact us toll free: 888-897-2221, for a return authorization number for a full refund of the item price. Shipping charges are not refundable, and items that have been used will not qualify for a refund. Returns must be sent shipping prepaid, with damage/loss insurance for any items that are going to be returned.
