SHIPPING INFORMATION
Buyer pays fixed shipping of $8.95 anywhere in the continental U.S product will be shipped via truckline.
Unit usually ships 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Avoid Freight Charges! Winning bidder can pick up at our San Diego, CA Warehouse.
Item ships "Curbside Delivery" via common carrier; it is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up, or clean up.
Signature required. Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 4-hour period
Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out Most items ship out within 1-3 business by FedEx or Common Freight Carrier. Large items are shipped via Motor Freight Standard curbside delivery. Most delivery times take around 3 to seven business days for delivery. If you require faster shipping, please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-710-9939 for expedited shipping rates. Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.
Items shipped via Common Carrier will have a flat rate shipping charge applied to that item. All standard deliveries will be brought to the door or threshold of your house or building. Your shippng includes insurance and all additional charges related to residential deliveries such as liftgates.
This rate does not include inside delivery. If you require additional services such as flights of stairs or inside delivery, please call us at 1-800-710-9939 and speak with one of our customer service representatives.
All truckline deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage. If there is damage, call us immediately at 1-800-710-9939 before accepting delivery. Save all packaging and do not destroy boxes etc. in case of return. You have 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be honored.
Multiple orders of these items will be the flat rate. of a lift-gate or inside delivery service will carry additional charges. When receiving shipments from Common Carrier it is recommended the Buyer have two people to help receive and move the item. Please contact us for special service deliveries.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. BeverageFactory.com is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, typographical and/or transcribing errors, and others factors beyond our control.
BeverageFactory will not ship outside of the Continental U.S. or APO addresses and PO Boxes. Many of our items can be picked up at local warehouses to save on shipping. Please call us before you bid so we can confirm that it is available in your area.

We accept returns for items within the first 30 days of receiving your merchandise for any reason. We will not charge a restocking fee as long as you return them to us with the following conditions. You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-710-9939 or fill out the form below. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, you have 30 days in which to get the product back to us. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
