Payments and Shipping Information
Payments must be received within 7 days after the end of an auction. Upon receiving your payment, item(s) will be shipped within 24 working hours.
Parcels will be shipped out within 1 business days after received the payment and delivery to the your registered address on PayPal which normally takes 7 -15 days.
To avoid delays caused by delivery failure, please ensure your detailed address and full name registered on your PayPal account. If the parcel is required to deliver on an address which is not same to per registered on PayPal, please specify a note while you making the payment on PayPal. We will not responsible for extra shipment and delivery cost which is caused by a wrong or undeliverable address was supplied.

Returns and Exchanges
All returns/exchanges must be in brand new resalable condition and in original packaging.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days upon the delivery date of the order.

One year of warranty with free repair services will be provided for all Radio Equipment products, which will be effective after 30 days from the date you received the product(s).
Shipping handling fees are non-refundable for all returned items.
