Flexible Stainless Steel Lab Vent Hood w/8" Ducting WOW
Product Information:
Compact flexible stainless steel lab vent hood with ducting and hanger.
8" dia. x 6 ft. long flexible duct
Specifically fabricated to remove fumes from a local laboratory area, such as on a work bench.
It comes with a ceiling hanger bar (see last picture) so the hood can be hung up when not in use.
Unit can be easily removed and lowered to the bench and placed next to the work being performed.
It has adjustable brackets on the back so it can be tilted toward the work.
There is a cast 8" sliding plate at the top of the hood to close off the vent when not in use or to vary airflow.
The hood opening is in the front vertical face of the hood and measures 24" long x 3-1/2" high where air is pulled into the duct.
The bottom, back and sides of the hood are closed so the air is exhausted only through the front.
This is a nice, clean, quality ventilation hood that can be adapted to fit in most locations and for many uses. It is in excellent condition with no dings, dents, breaks, or rips to the stainless steel or hose.
It doesn't come with a blower, so you can supply one or simply connect it to existing ducting.
