This is a guy wire pulling eye. This provides a large offset eye to accomodate hoist hooks and leaves the anchor eye free for attaching guy grips or strand vises. This has a 3,000 pound safe working load. This is a little scratched up, but VERY solid!!! It has what I like to call a "quick pin". It is a pin with a quick disconnect so you dont have to use a bolt and nut to attach this. This is a great tool for pulling guy wires.
