All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. All our items are sold on an AS-IS basis unless otherwise stated. We normally don't offer refunds or exchanges (read the full details below.) PAYMENT SHIPPING:
The final purchase price consists of the closing bid plus the shipping charges. Once the auction closes, we will notify the successful bidder via email, which will contain instructions on completing the process. We must receive payment within 10 days of when we notify the successful bidder of the shipping charges, unless prior alternate arrangements are made and agreed to. Failure to pay by the deadline or failure to acknowledge email of a successful high bid within 7 days may result in a cancellation of the sale and negative feedback entered for the bidder, and the item may then be offered to the next-highest bidder or re-listed in a new auction. If extenuating circumstances arise, PLEASE contact us immediately so we can work something out.
We may refuse, or restrict payment options on a winning bid from a buyer with a high level of negative feedback.

CHECKS:
We accept personal checks for purchasers within the US. Checks must be drafted on a US bank. Purchasers with an eBay rating of 100 positive comments and zero negative comments will have their items shipped immediately upon receipt of their check (it is the buyer's responsibility to alert us if this is the case.) Otherwise, we will wait until a check clears (usually 5-7 days) before the item is shipped. Checks must be postmarked within 7 days of the auction's end, or the buyer may forfeit the purchase. Buyers who send a check that is returned for non-sufficient funds will be responsible for a $25 fee in addition to the purchase price of the item, payable by Money Order or Paypal ONLY. PLEASE BE SURE TO WRITE THE ITEM STOCK NUMBER ON YOUR CHECK!
MONEY ORDERS:
We accept Money Orders in US Dollars. For your safety, please be sure to write our name and address on the Money Order before mailing. Items will normally be shipped within 2 days of receipt of an Money Order.
COD's:
Sorry, but we do not ship items COD.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Payments for buyers outside the United States must be made in US Dollars and will be verified before shipment is made.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be added to buyers living within the state of Florida. Tax rate will be based on buyers county of residence.
SHIPPING HANDLING CHARGES:
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, which are added to the final auction price unless otherwise stated. We may need to learn the buyer's ship-to address before we can determine the shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, even if we accept a return or exchange for the item.
Technology Surplus is a shared clearing house for several large industrial companies in Central Florida. The items are in different locations and typically ship out of the shipping departments of each respective company. We are charged for shipping and handling, and the shipping process is not low overhead. The employees involved in shipping have high wages and full benefits.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Shipments will normally be made within one week of receipt or confirmation of payment, in accordance with the stated payment terms. If there are unusual circumstances that may delay or otherwise affect the shipment of the item, we will email the buyer as soon as possible. International orders, items that are very large, heavy, bulky, fragile, or hazardous, and items that are otherwise difficult to pack or ship may take longer and may incur higher shipping fees.
WILL CALL:
All "WILL CALL" orders must be arranged and approved by Technology Surplus prior to pickup. Scheduling and building access may be restricted. There are several physical locations. All have commercial truck-high loading docks. Release forms, proof of insurance and / or professional riggers may be required for heavy industrial items.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Shipment will normally be made by either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless the buyer contacts us to make other specific arrangements or we are otherwise unable to ship the item by this method.
MULTIPLE ITEMS:
If the buyer purchases more than one item in a short span of time, we may combine the items in order to reduce the total shipping charges. Please notify us if this is the case. For items that consist of several pieces, it may make sense to package and ship the pieces individually instead of as one larger package; in this case we will attempt to ship them simultaneously.
RECEIPT OF GOODS:
The Buyer should arrange to be present for receipt of the item, and should coordinate with the shipper if they will not be present when the product arrives.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Damage incurred during shipping should be handled in accordance with the policy of the shipping agent. We pack items as well as possible to prevent damage.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipments outside the United States will have additional shipping charges, and may incur other additional costs. We cannot ship any item to a non-US address if the item is restricted or regulated for export outside the United States.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Unless otherwise stated, all items are offered AS-IS and are NOT guaranteed to work or perform in any particular way - no refunds or exchanges will be issued! All due diligence will be given to item descriptions, never the less Technology Surplus offers guarantee that the descriptions are complete, accurate, or free of typographical errors. The responsibility for deciding on the real value of the item and the quality of our description rests with the bidder.
Under certain circumstances, we may refund or exchange an item. Failure of an item to function or function as described, failure to be suitable for any use, or the discovery of any undescribed problem or defect does NOT constitute grounds for a refund or exchange, unless we specifically state a different policy that applies to a particular item. Any refunds or exchanges issued must be coordinated beforehand via email, and will not be issued until we received the item back in the same condition that it was when it was first shipped to the purchaser.
