We continue to streamline our operation to save money and provide better service. Most recently we have switched to electronic receipts. Once you pay you will get a pdf file. You can store it or print it out. You may of course request a written receipt. This saves paper and time.

F.A.Q.
1. Can you explain the program?
Oella Saw and Tool came up with the program in April 2007 to further reduce our already reasonable shipping charges for our international clients. It basically allows you to optimize the weight limits of the US Postal Service's flat rate box program by holding the box until it has reached the 20 pound limit. This may take 1 night of auction purchases or a few weeks. There is no restrictions to the amount of time you need. If you are building your tooling investment and want to carefully select one or two pieces over a month you may do so. Once the box is full, we will ship immeditately and notify you with a tracking number. You may at any time request to ship your item(s).
2. How does it work?
It is simple, at checkout pay for your item(s) and flat rate box*. Indicate in the paypal payment or through an email to "hold open box." Your item will be safely stored in your personal box until the shipping day. You can ask to have your items shipped at any time, often within a few hours of making the request during regular business hours.

Canadian and Mexico $21.85 up to 20lbs
UK, Europe, Asia and Australia $35.15 up to 20lbs
3. I buy a lot of knives from you, are you saying I could pay just $10.00 and fill the box?
Yes, typically a box will hold 35 sets of knives, sometimes more. At $4.50 per knife this would be quite a savings.
4. Do you charge a handling fee for this program?
No.
