Photos are taken of each auction with the exception of clothing. Clothing photos are taken by style and color only. Tags, condition, and sizing are noted in the auction description.
Auctions do not include any additional packaging, instructions or accessories unless otherwise noted.
We will include photos and descriptions of any damages or flaws on our items. Additional photos are available upon request.

Because we are a liquidation company all items are sold AS-IS. Please note item conditions and specifications within the auctions and bid accordingly.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK. We prefer all our buyers to be satisfied with their purchase.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES “NOT AS DESCRIBED”, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item. Any returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, and returned within 7 days of receipt in the condition in which the buyer received it.
We DO NOT TEST items for any function other than power. Exceptions will be noted within the auctions.
We DO NOT WARRANTY items or guarantee any manufacturers warranty.
PAYMENT DETAILS
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Payment must be completed within 7 days of end of auction. If payment is not received within 7 days a non-paying bidder claim will be filed with eBay, items will be relisted, and appropriate feedback will be left.
Once you win an auction, we will send you a Paypal invoice with your total amount including shipping. Sales tax for residents of Missouri will automatically be added. Paypal e-checks must clear before we will ship the item.
We CAN combine payments and shipping for multiple auctions won. Please wait for a combined invoice before paying.
CHANGED YOUR MIND? Let us know ASAP! eBay allows buyers sellers to mutually cancel the transaction in the unpaid item dispute console. This allows us to recover our fees and the buyer WILL NOT receive an unpaid item strike
If payment or cancellation request is not received within 7 days an unpaid item dispute will be opened with eBay and the item relisted. NON-PAYING BIDDERS WILL RECEIVE AN UNPAID ITEM STRIKE.
SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP
SHIPPING COST is calculated through the calculator provided by eBay. Shipping is calculated by weight and size of the package. We add a $1 handling charge to all auctions.
We generally ship items within 2 business days.
We ONLY ship to the United States and Canada.
We ship through either USPS or UPS. If you would like a more accurate shipping quote, please contact us with your ENTIRE ADDRESS.
We will not lower the value of items for customs purposes. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes at the full invoice amount.
We will only ship to Paypal CONFIRMED addresses.
Shipping insurance is optional on most items. While we WILL accept responsibility for OUR mistakes, we CANNOT accept responsibility for the errors of the delivery services, please inquire about shipping insurance if you wish to insure your items.
LOCAL PICKUP is available, however we do charge a $2.00 service fee in lieu of shipping. Please CONTACT US to make an appointment if you wish to arrange a local pickup. Due to limited space, items must be picked up within 7 days after the end of auction. ITEMS MUST HAVE COMPLETED PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL BEFORE PICKUP!
