This item ships via motor freight and must be delivered to a commercial address in which someone will be present during daytime business hours (Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm) to receive/unload the truck. If someone is not present at all times during daytime business hours or you would like notification of when your order will arrive, the shipping company charges an $28 for an appointment. The shipping company also offers extra services such as residential delivery, lift gate service, and inside delivery for additional fees.
