You are bidding on a nearly new Trialithic 860 DSPi Cable Signal Meter. This meter was used for about a month and then I got hurt and it has sat ever since. I initially paid over $2500.00 for this meter, and it is priced to sell with a reserve of $1000.00 Unfortunately I have not been on Ebay in a while so was unable to mark this item as a buy it now.
